Background: My company released a new Cloud-Native Security Operations Platform. There was a very large need to develop and release training for our customers, as soon as possible. It was obvious that "Time" was at going to be our Key Project Driver.
Solution: The Director of my team singled out my rapid development prototype that I created in order to produce quality e-Learning training at a fast speed.
Process Highlights: We started the project with a Kickoff meeting, with our SME's, Developers, and Stakeholder. Our goals were to outline to the SME's that we needed them record brief "mini lessons" on a predetermined topic. We gave our SME's documentation to help them with the recording process and worked with them to produce an outline and short video. Then we incorporated the videos into a Rise course, with clear objectives and engaging assessments that reflect each learning objective.
